The Thirteenth ASEAN Plus Three Senior Officials Meeting on Youth (13th SOMY+3), convened on 29 April 2025 in Manila, brought together senior officials from ASEAN Member States and the Plus Three countries to explore strategic approaches to regional youth development. Co-chaired by the Philippines and Japan, the Meeting reaffirmed commitment to the ASEAN Plus Three Work Plan on Youth (2021–2025), with discussions focusing on the implementation of key initiatives, and strengthening people-to-people exchanges across the region.
