Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for Community and Corporate Affairs (DSG CCA), H.E. Nararya S. Soeprapto, this morning attended the Closing Ceremony of the 4th ASEAN Junior Fellowship Programme (AJFP) with the ASEAN Secretariat. This Ceremony marks the end of the four-week programme held from 3 until 30 August 2025. The twenty-one participants of the 4th AJFP had the opportunity to engage with H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Secretary-General of ASEAN; H.E. Dr. Mari Elka Pangestu, former Minister of Trade and Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of Indonesia, and currently the President’s Special Advisor for International Trade and Multilateral Cooperation. The participants also had engagements with the diplomatic community, including the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN (CPR), Ambassadors of ASEAN Dialogue Partners, and entities associated with ASEAN in Jakarta. The program has equipped ASEAN’s junior officers with essential knowledge and practical skills in multilateral environment, while nurturing the next generation of visionary leaders as the future stewards of ASEAN on the global stage.
