Secretary-General of ASEAN participates in the 6th ASEAN Plus the Republic of Korea Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime Consultation in Melaka, Malaysia

Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today joined the Ministers responsible for combatting transnational crime from ASEAN and the Republic of Korea (ROK) at the 6^th ASEAN Plus the Republic of Korea Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime (6^th AMMTC + ROK) Consultation, with Timor-Leste attending as Observer, in Melaka, Malaysia. The Consultation exchanged views on common challenges in transnational crime and looked forward to the implementation of the new SOMTC-ROK Work Plan for Cooperation to Prevent and Combat Transnational Crime (2026-2028).
