Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Political-Security Community, Dato’ Astanah Abdul Aziz, met with Deputy Secretary of Americas and Asia Group of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of New Zealand and SOM Leader of New Zealand, Grahame Morton, on the sidelines of the 33rd ASEAN-New Zealand Dialogue. The engagement provided an opportunity for both sides to exchange views on cooperation under the ASEAN–New Zealand Comprehensive Strategic Partnership established last year, and to explore ways to further strengthen collaboration and advance shared priorities between ASEAN and New Zealand.
