Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn today paid a visit to the Botanical Research Centre of the Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), where he signed the Centre’s guest book and participated in a tree-planting ceremony. Dr. Kao also toured the facilities and was given a short briefing on the activities and programmes of the Centre.
