Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn today held a bilateral meeting with Minister of Health of Brunei Darussalam Dato Dr. Isham Jaafar at the Ministry of Health in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam. Both sides discussed ASEAN’s Community building activities to achieve the vision of a healthy, caring and sustainable ASEAN, particularly in enhancing cooperation in mental health and noncommunicable diseases.
