Secretary-General of ASEAN delivers pre-recorded remarks at the Opening Session of the IFRC and National Red Cross Red Crescent Societies’ Engagement with ASEAN

Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn today delivered pre-recorded Greetings at the Opening Session of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and National Red Cross Red Crescent Societies’ Engagement with ASEAN. This session was held back-to-back with the 21^st Leadership meeting of National Red Cross Red Crescent Societies of Southeast Asia held in Bali, Indonesia on 5 September 2024.
