Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today welcomed the Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to the Republic of Indonesia, H.E. Christopher B. Montero, at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. They discussed issues of importance to ASEAN, including the implementation of ASEAN 2045: Our Shared Future, which will commence next year under the Philippines’ ASEAN Chairship. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn reaffirmed the ASEAN Secretariat’s readiness to support the Philippines in ensuring the success of its ASEAN Chairship in 2026.
