Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today attended the 5th ADGMIN + International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Meeting held in Hanoi, Viet Nam. The Meeting commended ITU for its sustained commitment to advancing digital development in ASEAN, delivering meaningful outcomes over the years, reflecting a strong and productive collaboration and further welcomed the significant progress made in the ASEAN–ITU Priority Cooperation Areas (PCA) 2024–2026.
