Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today attended 6th ADGMIN + India Meeting held in Hanoi, Viet Nam. SG Dr. Kao congratulated ASEAN Member States and India for the endorsement of the ASEAN-India 2026 Digital Work Plan and welcomed India’s continued support and cooperation, especially in enhancing the ASEAN digital transformation agenda and digital connectivity between the two economies.
