Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Secretary-General of ASEAN, today met with H.E. Dr. Say Sam Al, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction of Cambodia, on the sidelines of his participation in the Cambodia-ASEAN Business Summit 2026, in Phnom Penh. Both sides exchanged views on priorities in urban planning and sustainable infrastructure towards strengthening regional connectivity.
