The 24th ASEAN-Russia Joint Cooperation Committee (ARJCC) Meeting was held on 1 April 2026 at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta to discuss progress in ASEAN-Russia cooperation, including the status of implementation of the Comprehensive Plan of Action (CPA) to Implement the ASEAN-Russia Strategic Partnership (2021–2025). The Meeting also exchanged views on possible areas of future cooperation, including the development of a successor document to the CPA (2021–2025), to further strengthen the ASEAN-Russia Strategic Partnership.
The 24th ARJCC Meeting was co-chaired by the Permanent Representative of Myanmar to ASEAN, Aung Myo Myint, and the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to ASEAN, Evgeny Zagaynov. The Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN or their representatives attended the Meeting, together with representatives from the ASEAN Secretariat
