Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn met with Malaysia Minister of Defence Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohamad bin Haji Hasan today. Dr Kao emphasised the need to enhance practical defence cooperation among ASEAN Member States and ASEAN’s formal partners, particularly in the area of humanitarian assistance, disaster management, cybersecurity and counter-terrorism, among others.
