Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn today met with Permanent Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam Nguyen Minh Vu in Hanoi during Dr. Kao’s official visit to Vietnam. During the meeting, they discussed ASEAN cooperation and some emerging regional issues.
