Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn today paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister of Viet Nam Pham Minh Chinh at the Hotel Meliá Ha Noi on the occasion of Dr. Kao’s official visit to Viet Nam. They discussed key issues on the ASEAN agenda, including the development of the ASEAN Community Vision 2045 and the four Strategic Plans, the progress of Timor-Leste’s journey towards full membership with ASEAN, and the provision of ASEAN’s humanitarian assistance to Myanmar, among others
