Deputy Secretary General of ASEAN for ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community H.E. Ekkaphab Phanthavong received a courtesy call of H.E. Khairul Dzaimee Daud, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Human Resources of Malaysia, this morning at the ASEAN Secretariat. They exchanged views on Malaysia’s proposal to declare the ASEAN Year of Skills 2025 and host several initiatives under the labour sector as part of Malaysia’s upcoming ASEAN Chairmanship next year.
