Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today held an interface session with participants of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA) Emerging Leaders Network (ELN) programme at the sidelines of the 17th ASEAN and Asia Forum, in Singapore. Dr. Kao provided his views on the role that young professionals can play in shaping ASEAN’s future, among others.
