In his video message, SG Dr. Kao reaffirmed his support to advancing ASEAN’s commitment to inclusive and future-ready skills systems. Emphasising the importance of digital innovation, green jobs, and lifelong learning, he called for stronger public-private collaboration to equip ASEAN’s workforce for a sustainable and competitive future.
