Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today participated in the 12th ASEAN Plus China Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime (12th AMMTC + China) Consultation, convened in Melaka, Malaysia, with Timor-Leste attending as Observer. The Consultation exchanged views on recent and emerging trends in transnational crime in the region and practical cooperation to advance the SOMTC + China Work Plan on Cooperation to Combat Transnational Crime (2024-2028).
