Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, , today met with H.E. Eng. Mariano ASSANAMI Sabino Lopes, Deputy Prime Minister, Coordinating Minister for Social Affair and Minister for Rural Development and Community Housing of Timor-Leste, on the margins of the 34th ASCC Council Meeting in Selangor, Malaysia. The Meeting discussed key ASCC updates and developments, as well as the progress of Timor-Leste’s accession to the ASCC legal instruments to support its full Membership in ASEAN.
