Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria, Nikolay Pavlov, at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. Both sides exchanged views on strengthening relations and advancing cooperation between ASEAN and Bulgaria, including through the framework of the ASEAN-European Union (EU) Strategic Partnership.
