Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today participated in the 12th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting Plus (12th ADMM-Plus) held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Meeting exchanged views on the progress, achievements and challenges in the past 15 years since the inception of the ADMM-Plus. The Meeting adopted a Joint Statement in Commemoration of the 15th Anniversary of the Founding of the ADMM-Plus.
