Secretary-General of ASEAN, H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, delivered pre-recorded remarks at the Opening Session of the 8th ASEAN Supreme Audit Institutions (ASEANSAI) Summit, in Singapore, on 13 November 2025. In his address, Dr. Kao commended ASEANSAI’s continued efforts to strengthen public accountability, transparency, and integrity across the region. He underscored ASEANSAI’s significant role towards the realisation of the ASEAN Community Vision 2045, emphasising its role as key partners in promoting good governance and strengthening public institutions.
