Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, this evening hosted a farewell dinner for Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Cambodia to ASEAN, H.E. Heng Sarith. The occasion served as an acknowledgement of Ambassador Heng Sarith’s dedicated service, including his contributions to strengthening ASEAN Community-building, enhancing coordination on regional priorities, strengthening engagements with external partners, and supporting the institutional work of the ASEAN Secretariat in his role as a member of the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN (CPR), among others. The discussion during the dinner reflected Cambodia’s continued commitment to advancing ASEAN cooperation and shared priorities towards achieving the goals of ASEAN 2045: Our Shared Future.
