Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today attended the 5th ADGMIN + Japan Meeting held in Hanoi, Viet Nam. SG Dr. Kao proposed ASEAN and Japan to focus on collaboration on the deployment of safe and reliable use of AI, through the ASEAN Working Group on AI Governance (WG-AI) and the ASEAN AI Safety Network that will be established this year, as a practical and effective step toward fostering an inclusive and trustworthy digital ecosystem across our regions.
