Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today participated in the 5^th ADGMIN + ROK Meeting held in Hanoi, Viet Nam. SG Dr. Kao welcomed the endorsement of the ASEAN-ROK 2026 Digital Work Plan and further commended the ROK for its continued support in advancing ASEAN initiatives in digital innovation, human resource development, cybersecurity, and data governance.
