Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today participated in the 6th ADGMIN + China Meeting held in Hanoi, Viet Nam. SG Dr. Kao welcomed the initiative to develop an ASEAN-China Action Plan on the Cooperation in Building a Sustainable and Inclusive Digital Ecosystem (2026-2030), which has fostered the dynamic ASEAN-China partnership, delivering substantial economic achievements for both sides.
