Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on 17 February 2026, spoke at Fireside Conversation hosted by Freie University Berlin, on the sidelines of his working visit to Germany. Under the theme “Regional Stability Amid Global Disorder,” SG Dr. Kao emphasised the importance of dialogue and cooperation in navigating today’s complex global challenges, as well as the role of the next generation of leaders in shaping the future of global cooperation.
