Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today joined Members of the ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC) Council at their 31st Meeting in Cebu, the Philippines. SG Dr. Kao briefed the Council on the work of the APSC Sectoral Bodies and the initial implementation of the APSC Strategic Plan under ASEAN 2045: Our Shared Future, with a view to reporting to the ASEAN Leaders at the upcoming 48th ASEAN Summit.
