Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today shared insights with CNA on lessons learned from the global energy crisis and the necessity of a coordinated regional responses, on the margins of the 48th ASEAN Summit and Related Meetings, in Cebu, the Philippines.
SG Dr. Kao also emphasised the need to work in concert to address any future challenges, while stressing the vital role of ASEAN Centrality and unity in maintaining regional stability.
