Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Political-Security Community, Dato’ Astanah Abdul Aziz, co-chaired the ASEAN-UN Secretariat-to-Secretariat Meeting with the UN Assistant Secretary-General for Political and Peacebuilding Affairs and Peace Operations, Khaled Khiari, on 18 May 2026 at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. The Meeting discussed ways to support the implementation of ASEAN-UN Plan of Action (2026–2030).
