Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today held a bilateral meeting with the Minister of State at the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany, Florian Hahn, on the sidelines of 23rd Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore. They discussed ways and means to further strengthen the ASEAN-Germany Development Partnership as it marks its 10th anniversary this year.
