The 24th Meeting of the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN (CPR) Plus Three convened at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat today. The Meeting reviewed progress in the implementation of the ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Cooperation Work Plan (2023-2027) and discussed future APT collaboration as well as preparations for the 27th APT Foreign Ministers’ Meeting to be held in July 2026 in Manila, the Philippines.
The Meeting was co-chaired by the Permanent Representative of the Philippines to ASEAN, H.E. Evangeline T. Ong Jimenez-Ducrocq, and Ambassador of Japan to ASEAN, H.E. Yonetani Koji, and attended by Permanent Representatives/Ambassadors of APT countries, the Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Political-Security Community, and their respective delegations.
