The ASEAN Post-Ministerial Conference (PMC) with New Zealand was convened in Manila today. The Meeting was attended by the ASEAN Foreign Ministers or their representatives, Minister of Foreign Affairs of New Zealand, Winston Peters, and representative from the ASEAN Secretariat.
The Meeting reaffirmed the commitment of ASEAN and New Zealand to further deepening cooperation under the ASEAN–New Zealand Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (CSP), established last year. The Ministers reviewed progress of cooperation and discussed ways to advance collaboration including the implementation of the ASEAN–New Zealand Plan of Action (2026–2030), as well as exchanged views on regional and international developments.
