Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on the evening of 1 August 2026, attended a Welcome Dinner hosted by Ipoh City Council, Malaysia. The gathering provided an informal setting for representatives of ASEAN Member States and China to continue dialogue, exchange views, and strengthen cooperation.
