Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today participated in the 37th Annual International Military Law and Operations (MILOPS) Conference, where he delivered a keynote address entitled ASEAN Centrality in the Context of Maintaining Peace, Security and Prosperity in the Indo-Pacific. In his address, Dr. Kao reiterated that ASEAN remains committed to an open, inclusive and transparent regional architecture, through dialogue and cooperation with its external partners.
