Secretary-General of ASEAN delivers Pre-Recorded Remarks for the Launch of “Creative ASEAN”

Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, this evening delivered pre-recorded remarks for the launch of “Creative ASEAN: Enhancing Regional Cultural Cooperation through Residencies and Professional Exchange between ASEAN and France,” where he highlighted how ASEAN’s rich cultural heritage can converge with France’s artistic expertise to advance the ASEAN Community Vision 2045. He also underscored the initiative’s synergy with the region’s growing cultural infrastructure, and expressed hope that this initiative will promote opportunities for creative communities across the region to come together to co-create, collaborate and develop new and creative ideas.
