Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with the Permanent Representative of Timor-Leste to ASEAN, H.E. Elisa Maria da Silva, at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. They exchanged views on Veterans Confederation of ASEAN Countries (VECONAC) – related matters and discussed ways to further strengthen Timor-Leste’s engagement and cooperation within the ASEAN Community.
