Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, this morning attended the Opening Session of the 11th Plenary Session of the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace (IPTP), in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, which was presided over by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, where he delivered Special Remarks. During the Opening Session, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia also gave Keynote Remarks.
