Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn met with Secretary of National Defense of the Philippines Dr Gilberto Teodoro Jr at the 17th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting in Jakarta, Indonesia. Dr Kao applauded Philippines’ active contribution in advancing defence cooperation in the region. They also discussed way forward for ADMM and ADMM-Plus.
