Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, hosted a farewell lunch for the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN (CPR) today, to honour the Permanent Representative of the Philippines to ASEAN, H.E. Amb. Hjayceelyn M. Quintana, who will soon be completing her post in Jakarta. Dr. Kao expressed his well-wishes to Ambassador Hjayceelyn for her future endeavours and assured her of the ASEAN Secretariat’s continued assistance to her successor and to the Philippines Mission to ASEAN.
