Secretary-General of ASEAN joins a Working Lunch with the ASEAN Economic Ministers in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR

The Secretary-General of ASEAN, H.E. Dr Kao Kim Hourn, this afternoon joined a working lunch with the ASEAN Economic Ministers to make full and most efficient use of their time during the 30th AEM Retreat in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR. The Ministers discussed a wide-range of issues, including the progress of the ATIGA Upgrade Negotiations and provided policy guidance to the negotiators.
