Secretary-General of ASEAN meets with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lao PDR

Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn started his first bilateral meeting by meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lao PDR Saleumxay Kommasith today in Vientiane, Lao PDR, on the sidelines of the 57th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM) and Related Meetings. Secretary-General Dr. Kao reaffirmed the ASEAN Secretariat’s readiness to support Lao PDR in realising its ASEAN Chairmanship’s priorities and deliverables this year under the theme “ASEAN: Enhancing Connectivity and Resilience.”
