Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, this morning participated in the 18th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM), under the Chairmanship of Lao PDR, held in Vientiane, Lao PDR. In addition to providing introductory remarks, Dr. Kao joined the Ministers in discussing the future of practical cooperation and external engagements of the defence sector, leading to the adoption of guiding documents and the approval of key decisions.
