After a successful conclusion of the 18th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM) and the 11th ADMM-Plus, Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, joined other Ministers from the ASEAN Member States and from the Dialogue Partners of ASEAN in a Gala Dinner hosted by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defence of Lao PDR and the Chair of the ADMM and ADMM-Plus, H.E. General Chansamone Chanyalath.
