New regional headquarters strengthens Pandora’s presence in Asia, bringing the company closer to its markets, partners and consumers across the region.
SINGAPORE, Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Pandora, the world’s largest jewellery brand, officially opened its new regional headquarters in Singapore on 2 October 2026, marking a key milestone in its strategy to accelerate growth across Asia.
The Singapore headquarters will oversee Pandora’s Asia Cluster, covering a mix of owned-and-operated stores as well as distributor markets across the region. Supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), the move reflects Pandora’s long-term commitment to Asia as a strategic growth region, with momentum building in both established markets and emerging territories.
“Asia represents an exciting opportunity for Pandora, and we are still only at the beginning of our journey in many parts of the region. To realise that opportunity, we need to be closer to our markets, our partners and, most importantly, our consumers. Our new headquarters in Singapore gives our teams the platform to listen, learn and respond to the incredible diversity of this region, while building the capabilities we need for the long term,” said Berta de Pablos-Barbier, President & CEO, Pandora.
SINGAPORE AT THE HEART OF PANDORA’S ASIA AMBITIONS
The new regional headquarters, located in Marina Bay, will serve as a hub for Pandora’s Asia business, bringing regional capabilities and decision-making closer to its markets and consumers. It brings together around 50 people across functions including branding and marketing, market development and operations.
Asia is an increasingly important part of Pandora’s global business, with a growing footprint across the region. Today, Pandora employs more than 800 people across its offices and retail operations in Asia, alongside more than 12,000 artisans at its crafting facilities, and operates more than 200 owned and operated stores across the region.
The Singapore opening comes one day after Pandora celebrated the opening of its newest crafting facility in Vietnam. Together, the two milestones represent significant investments in Pandora’s future in Asia – from expanding its global crafting capacity to strengthening the regional capabilities that will support its growth.
Pandora selected Singapore as the home of its Asia headquarters for its strategic connectivity, strong business environment and access to a deep and diverse talent pool.
“Singapore stood out not only because of its connectivity and business environment, but because of its people. Its international outlook, openness and ability to bring together talent, cultures and ideas from across the region are tremendous strengths. We are also grateful to the Singapore Economic Development Board for its partnership and support, and for sharing our enthusiasm for what Pandora can build from Singapore.” said de Pablos-Barbier.
“We are delighted to welcome Pandora’s Asia Headquarters to Singapore, and excited to be part of its next chapter of growth in Asia. Singapore’s connectivity, talent and deep links across the region provide a strong base for Pandora to build its regional capabilities and serve Asia’s diverse markets. This will also create new opportunities for Singaporeans to take on regional roles and build their experience. We look forward to deepening our partnership with Pandora in the years ahead,” said Jermaine Loy, Managing Director, EDB.
The official opening of the Singapore headquarters was attended by Berta de Pablos-Barbier, President & CEO, Pandora, alongside Byron Clayton, Chief People & Planet Officer, Pandora and members of Pandora’s regional and global leadership. Guests included Jermaine Loy, Managing Director, EDB; Her Excellency Tan Poh Hong, Singapore Non-Resident Ambassador to Denmark; and His Excellency Jakob Brix Tange, Ambassador of Denmark to Singapore, as well as business and retail partners.
