PwC South East Asia Consulting appoints Martijn Peeters as CEO

PWC South East Asia Consulting (SEAC) announced Martijn Peeters as its chief executive officer, effective July 1, 2026, succeeding Simon Gealy, who stepped down from his role after six years.

The transition was part of a planned succession, reflecting PwC SEAC’s focus on continuity and growth across Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

As organizations across Southeast Asia accelerate investment in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital capabilities, focus is shifting firmly toward measurable business outcomes. Under Peeters’ leadership, PwC SEAC will seek to lead large-scale transformation programs that drive cost efficiency, enable sustainable revenue growth, and embed technology and AI at the core of enterprise operations.
