Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on 5 August 2026, met with Prof. Dr. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, Chairman of the National Civil Service Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, on the sidelines of the Heads of Civil Service Meeting for the 23rd ASEAN Cooperation on Civil Service Matters (ACCSM) and related meetings, in Siem Reap, Cambodia. They exchanged views and reaffirmed the ASEAN Secretariat’s support for Indonesia’s Chairmanship of the 24th ACCSM (2026–2028). Dr. Kao reaffirmed ASEAN Secretariat’s readiness to continue supporting Indonesia and all ASEAN Member States in implementing the ACCSM and ACCSM+3 Work Plans 2026-2030.
