Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today participated in the Heads of Civil Service Meeting for the 23rd ASEAN Cooperation on Civil Service Matters (ACCSM), in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
Held under the theme “Innovation for Better Service Delivery,” the Meeting was chaired by H.E. Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Civil Service of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Meeting adopted the ACCSM Work Plan 2026–2030, which covers strategic priorities of public sector capability, leadership, digitalisation and values, integrity, ethics and anti-corruption, productivity, innovation, and strengthening ASEAN identity. The Statement on Promoting Innovation for Better Public Service Delivery was also adopted. During the Meeting, Dr. Kao delivered the opening remarks and briefed participants on key outcomes of relevant ASEAN meetings.
